Filip Wieser aka DJ Filip lives and creates his music in Nova Gorica, Slovenia. By performing in local musical institutions (discoteque Cream and radio Robin in Nova Gorica) and private partyes, he gathered both, experiences behind mixing console and professional musical education, by enrapturing audiences with chosen house rythms. He's been working at radio Robin for 7 years now.

He decided to start his own musical production in 2002. His musical creativity has been influenced by various artists such as King unique, Mylo, Steve Angello, etc. With author songs Next cocktail and Bridge he has placed himself on the first Nova Gorica compilation Go Elektrik (Techtone records). The track Next cocktail has been placed also on the compilation Elektrostars vol. 1 (Matrix music). Soon after that, he has remixed a song called Delighted for Passocontinuo, a band from Nova Gorica and cooperated in the making of the EP Ta hip (This moment) by rapers King & AP. At the moment he is working together with DJ Alex. They have created some tracks and remixes but Filip have his own projects too. Lights out EP is already avabile as a promo on Restart digital. (a Mashtronic music division). The song named "Insider" will be released on Openair recordings (UK) And their latest creation Vendetta is up next on F-recordings.

DJ filip has been active on most Slovenian musical scenes (Cream, Sub sub, Lipa, K4, Bruc millenium 2000, etc.) In september 2004 he was performing in the club Pizzicato, where he continued his musical carreer as a resident DJ. At the moment is his carrer focussed on his own production. Together with Alex is planning to play sets on cds, decks & fx. Their music is already supported by some famous dj names like (Hernan Cattaneo, Stu Hirst, Phil dockerty futureshock, Grayson - DeepGroove, Dj chris lake, James talk, Trophy Twins, Jon Gurd,…) Dj Filip is definitly a rising star in Slovenia.
